Principle of operation

Principle of operation

The input product for sorting fed into the separator through a hopper. With the help of vibration the material goes through feeding tray into the distribution channels.
Through the channels product enters the illuminated inspection zone and being examined by high-tech sensors or CCD cameras. The sensors (or cameras), receiving the reflected light from the material and generates an electrical signal for computer control system.
Depending on the signals received from the optical system, the computer control system gives the command to open Pneumatic valve (ejector), which blows out product particles that differ in color.
A suitable product by direct stream flies in the suitable product pipe. Unsuitable product particles are derived from the separator through the outlet to waste.
Most devices provided for secondary sorting, which allows more carefully sort bulk materials and minimizing the percentage loss of suitable product.

  • Fotoseparator’s model line have from 1 to 3 sections, allowing to choose the machine depending on production volume, from 50 kg to 15 tonnes per hour. To increase productivity is enough to install an extra section.
  • Smart cameras of machine collected only from high-tech components companies: “Kodak”, “Toshiba”, “Nikon”.
  • Use of Ethernet technology, simplifies the connection of fotoseparator to the Internet, which in turn allows you to remotely carry out set-up, diagnostics and management.
  • Intuitive operator panel menu with comfortable interface and high level visualization simplifies and facilitates the work of operator equipment. Launching of the separator carried by one touch.
