Principle of operation

Principle of operation

The initial product is fed into the magnetic units of the separator depositing and retaining ferro-magnetic impurities on their surface. Cleaning of the magnetic rods is carried out manually outside of the working zone.

Design features of the separator

Design features of the separator

  • Separators S-1-1 and S-1-3 are installed at the places free of product outlet and fixed to the product lines with diameters within 40 to 80 mm using the clamps.
  • Housings of separators are made of non-magnetic stainless steel 12X18H10T of high wear resistance.
  • Designed with the value of the magnetic induction within  400 mT to 900 mТl.
  • Operating temperature — to 150 ºС.
  • Separators can be supplied according to customer requirements.
  • Separators type SB can be used independently or as components of magnetic separators.
