Principle of operation

The initial material is fed into the working area of the separator, depositing ferromagnetic impurities on the surface of magnetic rods.
Cleaning of the magnetic rods is carried out manually outside of the working area with a sponge.

Design features of the separator

Design features of the separator

  • Mounted on the vertical product pipelines and in the places of pouring off  the product.
  • Housings are made of food stainless steel.
  • Magnetic induction on the surface of the blocks is within 400 mТ to 900 mТ.
  • Cleaning of the separator is carried manually.
