Principle of operation

Principle of operation

Product is fed inside of the case with the outer sides of which are available magnetic systems.
Metallic impurities are extracted from the product to be processed and are held in magnetic field area.
Cleaning of  the separator is carried out manually through the hatch, when the technological process is stopped.

Design features of the separator

Design features of the separator

  • Cleaning is carried out while the technological process is stopped.
  • Mounted on the vertical product pipelines.
  • Designed for pressures up to 0.5 MPa.
  • Diameter connecting pipe of the separator can be made according to the size of the relevant product pipeline.
  • Separator housing is made of stainless steel of high wear resistance.
