Principle of operation

Product passing close   the surface of the magnetic separator, ferromagnetic impurities are attracted to the working surface of the separator under the influence of a magnetic field created by the high-energy permanent magnets. Cleaning  of the separator from the ferro-impurities is carried out manually.

  • Maximum induction on the operating surface is within 120 mТ to 350 mТ depending on product characteristics.
  • Designed both with ferrite and modern high neodymium magnets (Nd-Fe-B).
  • Cleaning of the separator manually.
  • Supplying of the separators according to customer requirements.
