Principle of operation

Principle of operation

The initial product with the given productivity is supplied to the working area of the separator depositing the ferromagnetic impurities on the inner surface of the shell wall in zone of the magnetic system.
Cleaning of the separator is carried out manually through the hatch while product feeding is stopped.

Design features of the separator

Design features of the separator

  • Cleaning of magnetic units is carried out while the technological process is stopped.
  • Designing with a rotary slide damper is possible allowing to block one of the units and to clean the separator in non-stop mode of material feeding.
  • The special magnetic trap for extracting stubborn objects (bearing balls and rollers) is available.
  • Magnetic induction at concentrators of the magnetic field up to 300 mT is available.
  • Mounted in the vertical product pipelines.
  • Connecting pipe diameter of the separator can be made in accordance with the size of the relevant product pipeline.
  • Separator housing of stainless steel of high wear resistance is made.
