PCB’s recycling line

SMF “Prodecologia” offers efficient solutions for PCB’s recycling.
Depending on the required result, the line is completed with the necessary equipment:

1.  Shredder.
Shreds material fraction 400 x 400 mm to size < 50 mm that allows to release most part of metal  components.

2.  Hammer  mill.
Mills electronic boards from fraction < 50 mm to < 15 mm at the first stage and < 5 mm at the second stage.

3. Plate magnetic separator PN-A.
Removes magnetic elements from crushed material  fraction  < 15 mm.

4.  Drum magnetic separator BS.
Provides extraction of small metal particles from  the  crushed  material  fraction  < 5 mm.

5.  Electrostatic separator EBS.
Extracts electrically conductive components (non-ferrous and precious metals) from crushed  material  fraction  < 5 mm.

If preliminary removal of aluminum components is required, eddy current separator VS  is installed additionally after shredding on the shredder (1).
