Complex line for sorting of domestic wastes

Complex line is designed compact in dimensions for the purpose of installing it on landfills with the possibility of quick demounting and transfer to a new place if necessary.
Domestic wastes fed to the receiving site, selecting the large objects manually. Since the main part of the wastes are in plastic bags, there is need to have a device for tearing them automatically.
Sorting of the wastes is carried out on the sorting conveyor, providing the sorter job places between 10 and 20, depending on the speed of the line. Hand-selected variety of materials is distributed on the appropriate containers. Suspended magnetic separators with automatic cleaning PN-А, with the main task to extract the ferrous metals after manual sorting are used in the sorting and processing complex of the SPК.

The complex can be completed by magnetic eddy current separator VS fdesigned for extracting the non-ferrous metals (aluminum and copper parts, beer cans, etc.) from waste products.
