Principle of operation

Principle of operation

Product is fed through a magnetic separator, with the magnetic systems in the outer sides. Metallic impurities are extracted from the product to be processed and are held in magnetic field area. Cleaning of  the separator is carried out manually through the hatch, when the technological process is stopped.

Design features of the separator

  • Cleaning is carried out while technological process is stopped.
  • Mounted in horisontal product pipelines.
  • Designed for pressure up to 0.5 MPa.
  • Diameters of connecting pipes of the separator can be made according to the size of the relevant product pipeline.
  • Designing of separator housing of stainless steel of high wear resistance.
